β€˜The Sappho Project: Fragment 147’ is an anthology strung together as a complete, coherent narrative that shows two women going on many adventures throughout the course of history.

 

The structure and themes are similar to Cloud Atlas, in the sense that through the Stone Age, Ancient Times, Medieval, Romantic Era, the Industrial Era and the Modern and Post-Modern.

This was a collaborative effort, and each animator was assigned an era to animate. The director is Sari Katharyn and the animation has been officially selected to a few LGBTQ festivals, including one of the most prestigious festivals in South Asia, KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival.
